Requirements
Integrations and EC Analysis are available on the Business plan.
You must be an Owner or Admin of the product to connect.
You need a Shopify account with the staff permission to install apps (Manage and install apps and channels).
Have the domain of the store you want to connect ready (e.g., example.myshopify.com).
You can connect 1 Shopify store to 1 product.
Steps
1. Click Connect on the Integrations page

Open Settings > Integrations. Under Commerce Integrations, click Connect in the Shopify row.
2. Enter your store domain
The Shopify Connection screen opens. Enter the domain in Shopify Store Domain in the format example.myshopify.com, then click Connect. Do not include https:// or a path.
3. Log in to Shopify and authorize Cascade
The Shopify login screen opens. Log in with your store account and authorize the Cascade installation. If you are already logged in through your browser, the login screen does not appear.
4. Confirm the shop to connect
When you return to Cascade, Shop to connect and Domain appear. Review the details and click Connect with Shopify. The message "Once connected, other members of [product name] will also be able to view Shopify data." appears. Review it and continue. The connection is complete when "Successfully connected to Shopify." appears.
5. Open EC Analysis
Open EC > Sales from the left menu to view your store's sales and customer data. View per-product analysis under EC > Items. EC Analysis retrieves and displays data for the period you select each time. Sales by sales channel and subscription data are updated during the daily morning sync. The initial data may take a few minutes to a few hours to appear.
Expired authorization and access to past orders
If the app is removed or permissions change in Shopify, authorization expires and data retrieval stops. A Reconnect required badge appears in the Notices column. The person who connected the store must click Reconnect and reconnect the same store. If you cannot perform this action yourself, ask the member listed in the Connected By column. If that person is unavailable or you cannot confirm which store is connected, an Admin must click Remove to disconnect, then reconnect.
For stores without permission to read orders older than about 60 days before the connection date, a Re-authorize for past orders badge and a Re-authorize button appear. The person who connected the store must click Re-authorize and reauthorize the same store. Customer acquisition channels and lifetime spend are then updated using orders from before the connection, and reflected in the LTV columns of Attribution's By media & campaign tab. If permission is still not granted after reauthorization, check that you have the staff permission to install apps.
Disconnect Shopify
In Settings > Integrations, click Remove in the Shopify row. The message "Disconnecting removes access to the connected account's data and limits the reports and data you can view." appears. Review it and continue.
After you disconnect, the store's data no longer appears in EC Analysis. Your sales, product, and customer data in Shopify is not deleted.
