Connect Shopline to view your store's sales in Cascade's EC Analysis. You can use all 8 analyses: Sales Trend, Product Sales Ranking, Product ABC Analysis, Inventory Count, bundle purchases, returns and refunds, traffic channels, and Customer LTV Analysis. Catalog is also available. Connect through Settings > Integrations in the left menu.
To connect, enter your Shopline store URL, log in, and allow access.
Prerequisites
Integrations and EC Analysis are available on the Business plan.
You need the Owner or Admin role for the product to connect a store.
You need an account that can log in to Shopline and the URL of the store you want to connect (e.g. mystore.myshopline.com).
You can connect 1 Shopline store to 1 product.
Steps
1. Click Connect on the Integrations page
Open Settings > Integrations and click Connect in the Shopline row under Commerce Integrations.
2. Enter the store URL

The Shopline Connection screen opens. Enter the URL of the store you want to connect (e.g. mystore.myshopline.com) in Shopline Store URL and click Connect.
3. Log in to Shopline and allow access
The Shopline login screen opens. Log in, review the requested permissions, and continue. If you are already logged in through your browser, the login screen does not appear.
4. Confirm the store to connect
When you return to Cascade, a store confirmation screen opens. Check the store name and click Connect with Shopline. The message "Once connected, other members of "XX" will also be able to view Shopline data." appears. Review it and continue. When the message "Successfully connected to Shopline." appears, setup is complete.
If you have a site with a measurement tag installed, a tag for tracking purchases is automatically registered on the Shopline checkout page. For measurement tag installation instructions, see Track inquiries, bookings, and purchases (install the tag).
5. Open EC Analysis
Open EC > Sales from the left menu to see the store's sales and customer data. View product-level analyses under EC > Items. EC Analysis retrieves and displays data for the period selected on the screen each time. The first display may take a few minutes.
You only need to connect once. After that, the latest data is retrieved each time you open the screen.
Available data
All 8 EC analyses are available for Shopline.
Sales Trend
Product Sales Ranking
Product ABC Analysis
Bundle Purchase Ranking (frequently bought together)
Customer LTV Analysis (LTV and repeat purchases). Both net sales and refunds are calculated from actual data.
Inventory Count
Traffic Channel Analysis
Returns & Refunds Analysis
Catalog (gross margin settings) is also available. Ad Efficiency (TACoS / ACoS) and product-level traffic analysis are available only with an Amazon Sales connection.
Disconnect Shopline
Under Settings > Integrations, click Remove in the Shopline row. The message "Disconnecting prevents access to data from the connected service and limits the reports and data you can view." appears. Review it and continue.
After you disconnect, the store's data no longer appears in EC Analysis. Sales, product, and customer data in Shopline are not deleted. Only users with the Owner or Admin role can disconnect the store.
