Connect Colorme Shop to view your store's sales in Cascade's EC Analysis. You can use Sales Trend, Product Sales Ranking, Product ABC Analysis, bundle purchase analysis, customer analysis, inventory analysis, and Catalog. Connect from Settings > Integrations in the left menu.
To connect, simply sign in with your Colorme Shop account and grant access. You do not need to copy and paste a key.
Prerequisites
Integrations and EC Analysis are available on the Business plan.
You need the Owner or Admin role for the product to connect.
You need an account that can sign in to Colorme Shop.
You can connect 1 Colorme Shop store to each product. If you operate multiple stores, connect them to separate products.
Steps
1. Click Connect on the Integrations page

Open Settings > Integrations and click Connect in the Colorme Shop row under Commerce Integrations.
2. Sign in to Colorme Shop
The Colorme Shop sign-in screen opens. Sign in with the account for the store you want to connect. This screen does not appear if you are already signed in through your browser.
3. Grant access
On the Colorme Shop screen, review the access permissions for Cascade and continue. Cascade only reads sales and product data. It does not change your store settings or products.
4. Confirm the store to connect
When you return to Cascade, a screen opens to confirm the store you are connecting. Check the store name and click Connect with Colorme Shop. The message "Once connected, other members of [X] will also be able to view Colorme Shop data." appears. Confirm and continue. Setup is complete when "Successfully connected to Colorme Shop." appears.
5. Open EC Analysis
Open EC > Sales in the left menu to view your store's sales and customer data. View analysis for individual products under EC > Items. EC Analysis retrieves and displays data for the date range selected on the screen each time. The first display may take a few minutes.
You only need to connect once. After that, the latest data is retrieved each time you open the screen.
If you installed Cascade from the Colorme Shop App Store
When you install Cascade from the Colorme Shop App Store, you are redirected to Cascade. Sign in with your Cascade account (or create an account first if you do not have one), then complete the connection using steps 1–4 above.
