Author: Cascade
Connect BASE to view your shop's sales in Cascade's EC Analysis. You can use Sales Trend, Product Sales Ranking, Product ABC Analysis, bundle purchase analysis, customer analysis, inventory analysis, and Catalog. Connect from Settings > Integrations in the left menu.
Simply log in with your BASE account and authorize the connection. You do not need to copy and paste keys.
Prerequisites
Integrations and EC Analysis are available on the Business plan.
You need the Owner or Admin role for the product to connect.
You need an account that can log in to BASE.
Each BASE account has 1 shop. If you run multiple shops, use separate Cascade products and connect each with its own shop account. You can connect 1 BASE shop to 1 product.
Steps
1. Click Connect on the Integrations page

Open Settings > Integrations and click Connect in the BASE row under Commerce Integrations.
2. Log in to BASE
The BASE login screen opens. Log in with the account for the shop you want to connect. This screen does not appear if you are already logged in through your browser.
3. Authorize access
On the BASE screen, review the access permissions for Cascade and continue. Cascade only reads sales and product data. It does not change your shop settings or products.
4. Confirm the shop to connect
When you return to Cascade, a confirmation screen shows the shop to connect. Check the shop name and click Connect with BASE. Review the message "Once connected, other members of 'Product Name' will also be able to view BASE data." and continue. Setup is complete when "Successfully connected to BASE." appears.
5. Open EC Analysis
Open EC > Sales in the left menu to view your shop's sales and customer data. View product-level analysis under EC > Items. EC Analysis retrieves and displays data for the selected date range each time. The initial display may take a few minutes.
You only need to connect once. After that, the latest data is retrieved each time you open the screen.
