Connect HubSpot to import deal data
Sign in to HubSpot and grant access so Cascade can use your won deals in ad analysis and when sending order data to ad platforms.
Author: Cascade
Connect HubSpot to have Cascade import your deals automatically every day. Won deal amounts are matched to ad leads and used for Won Revenue and ROAS (won-deal-based) in Attribution, sending closed order data to ad platforms, and customer lists. Connect from Settings > Integrations in the left menu.
To connect, sign in with your HubSpot account and grant access. There are no keys to copy and paste. Setup takes about 1–2 minutes.
What you can do
Feature | Details |
|---|---|
Attribution | Shows Deal stage and Won revenue (CRM) in the lead list. Shows Won Revenue and ROAS (won-deal-based) in the list by ad platform, and includes won deals in LTV by path. |
Send closed order data | Sends won deal amounts as conversions to the ad platform attributed to each ad-generated lead (you must enable sending). |
Customer list (CRM) | Adds people with won deals to the buyer pool for audiences. |
Requirements
Integrations are available on the Business plan.
You need the Owner or Admin role for the product to connect.
You need a HubSpot account with permission to view deals and contacts in the portal you want to connect.
You can connect 1 HubSpot portal to only 1 product.
Steps
1. Click Connect on the Integrations page

Open Settings > Integrations, then click Connect on the HubSpot row under CRM Integrations.
2. Sign in to HubSpot and grant access
The HubSpot sign-in screen opens. Sign in with an account for the portal you want to connect, review the access permissions, and continue. Cascade requests only Read Deals and Read Contacts. It does not change data in HubSpot.
If you see a warning that the app "has not been verified by HubSpot" Cascade's app is undergoing the HubSpot Marketplace review process, so you may see a warning that the app has not yet been verified. If you reached this screen by starting the connection from Cascade, you can proceed. Follow the on-screen instructions to acknowledge the warning (you may be asked to type "I accept the risk") and continue. The warning no longer appears once the review is complete.
3. Confirm the portal to connect
When you return to Cascade, a confirmation screen shows the portal to connect. Review the details and click Connect with HubSpot. The message "Once connected, other members of '[product name]' can also view HubSpot deal data." appears. Review it and continue. Setup is complete when "Successfully connected to HubSpot." appears.
The import starts automatically. Data is then updated every day in the early morning.
Use imported data
Attribution (Customer Management > Attribution): Won deal amounts appear as Won revenue (CRM) on leads with matching email addresses. In the list by ad platform, they are aggregated in the Won Revenue and ROAS (won-deal-based) columns. These are conservative estimates because unmatched won deals are excluded.
Send closed order data: Send won deal amounts as conversions to the ad platform attributed to each ad-generated lead. Select HubSpot as the source.
Customer list (CRM) (Ad Settings > Audience Management): Include people with won deals as buyers in audiences.
Email addresses used for matching are stored only as irreversible hashes. HubSpot contact information is never stored in its original form.
Disconnect
Click Remove on the HubSpot row in Settings > Integrations. The message "Disconnecting removes access to data from the connected service and limits the reports and data you can view." appears. Review it and continue. Disconnecting stops imports and deletes imported deal data from Cascade.
Troubleshooting
Symptom | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
Connect does not appear | Only Owners and Admins can connect. | Ask a product Owner or Admin to connect. |
"Your HubSpot session has expired. Please reconnect." appears | Too much time elapsed during setup. | Click Connect to start again. |
"The HubSpot connection link has already been used or has expired." appears | You reloaded the page after returning to Cascade or opened an old link. | If HubSpot is still disconnected, click Connect to start again. |
"This HubSpot portal is already connected to another product." appears | The same portal is connected to another product. | Disconnect it from the other product first. |
"Failed to connect with HubSpot." appears | The signed-in account cannot view deals or contacts, or a temporary issue occurred. | Check the account permissions, wait a while, and try again. |
Won deals do not appear | The initial import has not finished, or the won deals do not match lead email addresses. | Imports update automatically every day. After connecting, wait until the next day. Only deals marked Closed Won appear. |
HubSpot data does not appear in CRM Analytics | CRM Analytics supports Salesforce, LINE Official Account, and Shopify. | HubSpot won deals are available in Attribution, closed order data sending, and customer lists. |
