Author: Cascade
Sales Trend shows how your EC store's sales change over time. It overlays gross sales, net sales, returns, and orders on 1 line chart, so you can quickly spot trends and unusual values. Sales per Order appears in the cards at the top. In the left menu, go to EC > Sales.

Available metrics
At the top, 5 cards show totals for the selected period.
Metric | Description |
|---|---|
Gross sales | Total sales before discounts and returns |
Net Sales | Sales after subtracting returns and discounts from gross sales |
Returns | The total amount returned or refunded |
Orders | The total number of orders confirmed during the selected period |
Sales per Order | Average sales per order |
Each card shows the change from the previous period of the same length and from the same period in the previous year. If data for the same period in the previous year is unavailable or its value is 0, "-" appears.
Net sales and return amounts are available for Shopify, Shopline, TikTok Shop, and Smaregi. BASE, Colorme Shop, Amazon Sales, Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, and Qoo10 show only gross sales. If the Total tab includes even 1 store that does not support a metric, that metric is not shown in the total either.
Requirements
Available on the Business plan. Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles can view it.
Connect an EC store or Smaregi under Settings > Integrations.
Steps
1. Open EC > Sales and select a store tab
Sales Trend appears at the top of the Sales page.
2. Select a date range
Use the date range selector in the upper right to change the displayed period. The default is Last 14 Days.
3. Review trends in the chart
Chart element | Description |
|---|---|
Horizontal axis | Date |
Left Y-axis | Amounts (gross sales, net sales, and return amounts) |
Right Y-axis | Counts (orders) |
Target (daily) | If you have set a sales target, a dotted line overlays the chart with the monthly target divided into daily amounts. |
Hover | Shows the exact values for that day |
4. Compare with your sales target
If you have set a sales target, a Sales target card appears below Sales Trend. It shows the achievement rate by comparing sales from the start of the month through the previous day with the monthly target, and projected month-end sales if the current pace continues. Set targets in the Sales target card on the Total tab, entering overall and platform-specific targets for each month. Figures reflect performance through the previous day and are updated each morning and whenever a sales data sync completes.
5. View platform breakdowns in the Total tab

If you have multiple stores connected, Breakdown by platform appears below the chart on the Total tab. For each store, you can view sales for the selected period and "Share [X]% / Orders [X]". The total includes only connections using Japanese yen. Connections using other currencies or with days of missing data are excluded with a note.
Store-specific notes
For Smaregi, a Sales by Store card appears below Sales Trend. It shows each store's net sales, share, refund amounts, customer count, and member rate.
For Amazon Sales vendors (1P), use Buyer type and Selling program to filter the breakdown.
