Inventory Count shows each product's stock level in your EC store and an estimate of how long it will last. Spot signs of stockouts or excess inventory early and use the information to decide when to replenish stock. Open EC > Items from the left menu.

Requirements
Available on the Business plan. Owners, Admins, Editors, and Viewers can view this feature.
Connect an EC store under Settings > Integrations. Rakuten Ichiba requires inventory API access to be configured in RMS.
Steps
1. Open EC > Items and select a store tab
The Inventory Count card is on the Items page, which summarizes performance by product.
2. Select a period
Average daily sales are calculated from sales during the selected period.
3. Check availability
Click a column header to sort by inventory count, average daily sales, or availability. Sort by availability to prioritize replenishment from the top of the list.
4. Filter products
Use Filter above the table to filter by product name and availability. The list shows 10 rows per page.
5. Link Amazon ads to inventory
In the Amazon Sales tab, open Ad guard settings in the card header to configure the following 2 options.
Inventory-linked guard: Detects products nearing a stockout based on daily inventory data and sales pace. The modes are Off, Notify only, and Auto pause/resume. Products at or below the Days-of-stock threshold for pausing are eligible. Auto pause/resume automatically pauses Amazon product ads for those products and resumes them when stock recovers. It resumes only ads that this guard paused. For vendors, decisions use the Available to Buy quantity held by Amazon (updated every 1 hour).
Buy Box share drop alert: Sends chat notifications for products with a significant drop in the share of times your offer is selected for the Add to Cart button, and for products whose share has recovered. It does not change ad settings.
Usage notes
If "Rakuten inventory analysis is unavailable" appears for Rakuten Ichiba, configure inventory API access in Rakuten RMS. If the connection details are outdated, reconnect from Settings > Integrations. Rakuten Ichiba inventory counts are shown only for periods within the order detail retention period (the last 90 days).
If "Syncing inventory data" appears for Amazon, wait for the once-daily sync to complete.
If you have configured Shopify Exclusion Settings, products in excluded collections do not appear in the list.
