Campaign Management lets you view campaigns and ad groups across ad platforms and edit their budgets, bidding strategies, delivery statuses, and targets together in Cascade. You can also edit ad copy, creatives, and targeting, review change history, fix disapproved ads, and use automation rules to pause or start delivery. Your changes are applied directly to the ad platforms.
In the left menu, go to Ad Settings > Campaign Management.

Requirements
Campaign Management is a Business plan feature.
Owner, Admin, and Editor roles can access it. Viewer and Guest roles cannot.
Owner and Admin roles can edit daily and lifetime budgets, resubmit ads and hide alerts in Ad review alerts, and create or change automation rules.
Connect your ad account under Settings > Integrations in the left menu.
Steps
1. Filter the list

At the top of the Settings tab, filter by Status, Ad Media, or Campaign. Use Display Count to change the number of rows per page. You can collapse ad platform and campaign rows. Click Sync in the upper right to load the latest settings from the ad platform.
Even when the status is Active, an indicator appears on the right if delivery is paused, limited, or learning on the ad platform. Hover over the indicator to see the reason. Red indicates disapproval, a platform issue, or an ad account restriction. Blue indicates review, preparation, limited delivery, or learning. Orange indicates delivery has not started, and gray indicates the delivery status cannot be confirmed. Indicators are available for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, and OpenAI Ads.
2. Edit settings from a cell

Click the status, daily budget, lifetime budget, Target Value, or Bid Strategy cell in the row you want to edit. In the window that opens, enter a value or select one from the dropdown, then click Apply. The update is complete when "Applying..." is followed by "Settings updated successfully".
Item | Description |
|---|---|
Status | Switch between Active and Paused. You cannot edit rows with an Ended status. If a row is Ended because its end date has passed, use Edit to extend the delivery period and resume delivery. |
Daily budget / Lifetime budget | Enter an amount. A note shows the recommended minimum budget. A confirmation appears for changes that cannot be reversed, such as changing an unlimited TikTok Ads budget to a lifetime budget. |
Target Value | Set a target CPA, target ROAS, Target Impression Share, or other target based on the bidding strategy. For Amazon Ads Sponsored Products, you can set a target ACoS to enable automatic bid optimization. Rows with targets set automatically from gross margin show Auto (gross margin), or Auto (gross margin) · paused while the target cannot be calculated (Automatically optimize Amazon Ads bids and delivery schedules). |
Bid Strategy | Choose from the strategies available for that row. Fields for the bid limit, target CPA, and target ROAS appear depending on the strategy. |
To change the status of multiple rows at once, select the checkbox for each row. In Update status (bulk) at the top, select Active or Paused and apply the change.
3. Switch delivery on or off for individual ads (Meta Ads)
Expand a Meta Ads ad group row to see each ad in the group. You can check each ad's review status and switch delivery on or off. For OpenAI Ads, you can only view the ad list and statuses.
4. Edit ad content with Edit
Click Edit Campaign or Edit Ad Group in a row to edit its content on the same screen used to publish ads. For Google Ads P-MAX, Edit Asset Group appears in asset group rows. The settings you can edit vary by ad platform.
Ad platform | Main settings you can edit |
|---|---|
Google Ads | Campaign name, budget, delivery period, days and times, bidding strategy and portfolio bidding strategy assignment, target locations and location options, target attributes, audiences, search keywords and negative keywords, ad copy, assets, final URL suffix, and P-MAX asset groups |
Meta Ads | Budget, delivery period, ad set days and times and targeting, ad text, CTA, image or carousel image replacement, and UTM |
TikTok Ads | Budget, bidding method, ROAS target, days and times, search keywords, ad video, cover, CTA, URL, instant pages, and Smart+ targeting |
Yahoo! Ads (Search and Display) | Campaign and ad group budgets, target locations, audience lists, days and times, ad copy, image or video replacement, and keywords |
Amazon Ads | Budget, bids, placement bids, keywords and product targets (including exclusions), advertised product replacement, Sponsored Brands creatives, and ad archiving |
Microsoft Ads | Delivery period, days and times, lifetime budget, location options, search partner and audience network delivery, ad copy, display URL paths, images, and P-MAX asset groups and audience signals |
X Ads and OpenAI Ads | Campaign and ad group budgets and delivery settings, and ad content (as supported by the ad platform) |
You cannot click Edit in Apple Search Ads, SmartNews Ads, or LinkedIn Ads rows. Settings that are editable from list cells remain available.
For ad groups with multiple ads, switch between ad tabs to edit each ad and save all changes together. The confirmation screen shows changed and unchanged items separately.
When editing the delivery period, select No end date and save to remove the end date. This option does not appear for settings that require an end date, such as lifetime budgets. Some ad platforms do not allow you to change the start date.
The level at which you set the delivery period varies by ad platform. For Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, click Edit Ad Group in the ad group row. For Google Ads, use the campaign row. The other row tells you which row to use.
Review change history

The Change history tab lists changes from newest to oldest. Each row shows the date and time, who made the change, how it was made, the ad platform, the change, the campaign, and the ad group. You can compare old and new values, such as "Budget changed: ¥1,000 → ¥1,500". Campaigns and ad groups published from Cascade are recorded as Campaign created and Create an ad group.
You can filter by date range, change type (budget, status, bidding strategy, keywords, creatives, targeting, delivery period, ad publishing, deletion, and more), who made the change, or campaign.
Use Origin to switch between Changes in Cascade and Changes on the ad platform. Changes on the ad platform currently support Google Ads and may take about 1 day to appear. The field for who made the change shows the method, such as "Google Ads (console)" or "Google Ads (auto-apply)".
Click Details in a row to see how the change was made (manual action, optimization proposal, automation rule, delivery schedule automation, Ad Fraud Protection automation, policy remediation, Agent Chat, changes on the ad platform, and more), the result (success, failure, skipped, or unknown), the affected item, and the old and new values. For creative changes, you can preview the images or videos before and after replacement.
Up to 500 entries are displayed. Use a date range or filters to narrow the results.
Review ad review alerts
The Ad review alerts tab lists ads disapproved by the ad platform (not delivering) and AI-generated fixes. Review statuses are checked automatically once a day. When a new disapproval is found, you also receive a notification in Slack, Chatwork, or Microsoft Teams if connected.
In a row marked Fix available, click Review the fix to review and edit the revised headlines and descriptions. Click Resubmit with this copy to resubmit the ad with the revised copy.
In a row marked Manual action required, click How to fix to see the steps to take in the ad platform's console.
Use Hide for alerts that do not need action. If the same ad is disapproved again, the alert reappears automatically.
For Google Ads, disapproved assets (such as business names, logos, images, and sitelinks) also appear in the Assets list.
Pause or start delivery with automation rules

In the Automation rules tab, you can let Cascade pause campaign delivery, start delivery, or send notifications when conditions are met. Total spend and date and time conditions are checked every 30 minutes. A rule is automatically disabled after it has run for all target campaigns. ROAS conditions are evaluated once a day. They pause delivery (or send notifications) only for campaigns that meet the condition and continue evaluating.
Click Add rule, then select Target platform and Target campaigns. You can select multiple campaigns from the same ad platform. Campaigns added after the rule is created are not included.
Under Condition, select Total spend (threshold and start date), Date and time (date and time), or ROAS (threshold, minimum spend, and evaluation period). Total spend is evaluated for each campaign.
Under Action, select Pause delivery, Start delivery, or Notify only, then click Save. You cannot select Start delivery for Total spend or ROAS conditions.
When a rule runs, its status changes to Executed, and you receive a notification in Slack, Chatwork, or Microsoft Teams if connected. The action is recorded in Change history as Automation rule.
Use the row menu to enable, disable, edit, or delete a rule.
Supported ad platforms are Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Yahoo! Ads (Search and Display), Apple Search Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and OpenAI Ads. ROAS conditions are available for Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. TikTok Ads GMV Max supports only date and time conditions because total spend and ROAS cannot be retrieved.
You can have up to 50 active rules per product.
Manage delivery schedules (Amazon Ads)
The Delivery Schedule tab appears when you accept an Amazon Ads Delivery Schedule Optimization proposal. You can review the accepted schedule (hours to pause delivery) and the proposal at the time of acceptance, and enable, disable, or delete the schedule. The campaign pauses when the scheduled pause period begins and resumes when it ends (changes may take up to 30 minutes to apply). Campaigns for which you select Don't propose for this campaign again appear under Campaigns excluded from proposals. Click Remove to include them again starting with the following week's proposals. For details, see Automatically optimize Amazon Ads bids and delivery schedules.
Change portfolio bidding strategies (Google Ads)
The Portfolio bidding strategy tab appears when Google Ads is connected. It lists the ad account's portfolio bidding strategies and the campaigns using them. Change values in the Target Value and bid limit cells. Changes apply to all campaigns using that strategy. The affected campaigns appear before you save. Create strategies in the Google Ads console.
For campaigns linked to a portfolio bidding strategy or shared budget, you cannot change the bidding strategy from list cells. Use Edit Campaign in the campaign row to change or remove the assignment.
About Rakuten RPP rows
When Rakuten RPP is connected, store, campaign, and product rows appear in the list. The columns include Monthly budget and Max CPC / Item CPC. In campaign rows, you can change the monthly budget, max CPC, and status. In product rows, use Edit item to change item CPC and exclusions. After you collect the changes with Apply, they are sent to the Rakuten console once an Owner or Admin approves them. There is a daily limit on how many times you can use Sync in the list (Connect Rakuten RPP to import ad performance).
