Account Settings
Manage your profile, login details, and email preferences in Account Settings. Learn about account deletion, update steps, and password requirements.

In Account Settings, you can change registered details such as your name and company name. You can also change the email address and password you use to sign in, and choose whether to receive emails from Cascade.
Click the account icon at the top right, then select Account Settings.
What you can do
Item | Description |

Account Information | Change your name, furigana, company name, number of employees, Job Title, and Position. |
Login Information | Change your registered email address and reset your password. |
Notification Settings | Turn email notifications and newsletters on or off. |
Delete Account | You currently cannot delete your account from this screen. |
Requirements
Members with any role can change their own account settings.
Changes apply only to your own account. You cannot change other members' information.
If you sign in with a Google account, your password is managed by Google.
Steps
1. Change your account information
Under Account Information, click Change next to the field you want to update. Fields that are not set show Settings.
Enter the information in the screen that opens, then click Save.
The update is complete when "Account information has been updated" appears.
Enter the following information for each field.
Field | What to enter |

Name | Enter your last and first names (required). |
Furigana | Enter the phonetic readings of your last and first names (required). |
Company Name | Enter your company name (required). |
Number of Employees | Choose from 8 categories ranging from 1 to 1001 or more employees. |
Job Title | Choose from Management, Marketing Strategy, Digital Advertising, and other options. |
Position | Choose from Management, Department Head, Section Chief, Employee, Individual Business, and other options. |
2. Change your email address
Under Login Information, click Change next to Registered Email Address.
Enter your new email address and click Save.
After saving, use the new email address the next time you sign in.
3. Change your password
Under Login Information, click Change next to Password.
"Password reset email has been sent" appears.
Open the link in the email you receive and set a new password.
Your password must be at least 12 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase English letters, numbers, and symbols. Full-width characters, spaces, and emojis are not allowed.
If you sign in with a Google account, this row shows "Signed in with Google".
4. Turn email notifications on or off
Under Notification Settings, toggle Receive Email Notifications or Receive Newsletter.
Your selection is saved immediately.
5. Account deletion
Clicking Delete Account in the Delete Account section displays "Account deletion feature is currently under development", and your account is not deleted. To delete your account, contact support.
Troubleshooting
Symptom | Cause | What to do |

The Change button for your password does not appear. | You are signed in with a Google account. | Change your password in your Google account. |
You do not receive the password reset email. | It may have been sent to your spam folder. | Check your spam folder. The sender is noreply@cascaded.ai. |
You cannot click Save. | A required field is empty. | Fill in the fields showing "This field is required". |
Clicking Remove under Login Integration does not disconnect it. | You cannot disconnect Google login from this screen. Clicking the button displays "Google login disconnect feature is currently under development". | Contact support if you want to disconnect it. |
You want to change another member's name or role. | Account Settings only manages your own information. | Change roles under Settings > Members in the left menu. |
